We partner with communities to deliver sustainable water & sanitation, support orphans & vulnerable children, run tree nurseries and deliver HIV/AIDS awareness programs across Vihiga county.
What we do
Four core programme areas where EPADA focuses its efforts.
Water, Sanitation & Hygiene
Design and construct community water projects including boreholes, storage tanks and hygiene training.
Orphans & Vulnerable Children
Support, mentorship and school sponsorships for OVC to improve school retention and wellbeing.
HIV/AIDS Programs
Community education, testing partnerships and stigma reduction initiatives delivered by trained local volunteers.
Tree Nursery & Environment
Tree nurseries, reforestation and environment awareness to improve local ecosystems and farmer incomes.
Community Mobilisation
Local capacity building and facilitation for community-led development planning.
Partnerships & Training
Training workshops, partner coordination and monitoring & evaluation support.
